I’m Kaja (or Kaya) Sariwating, a storyteller born in Tiel in 1986 and of Moluccan heritage. My journey has woven through various fields—from graduating in both Public Administration and Law to eventually becoming a dedicated creator and visual storyteller.

My photography and cinematography blends the art of storytelling with a keen eye for detail, specializing in capturing the essence of live events and the raw beauty of everything to see all over the world. Each frame I capture is designed to ignite your imagination and tell a unique story that resonates deeply.

Together with brands, foundations, companies, and artists, I work on creative campaigns, projects and expositions —from concept to post-production.

In addition I also work as a business manager at a visual arts organization (OP&) in Utrecht and I lead and founded MOZA, the biggest digital news brand for the Moluccan community in the Netherlands.

In my free time, I organize cultural events, travel and make music.
